  Great Menu, great food,main meal well cooked. spoilt because chef could not toast bread on both sides, offered to do it again but same result, Vegetables cold and raw. 60% of lightbulbs did not work and innumerable cobwebs on ceiling. Menu has errors in english, as did blackboard. All these are minor points spoiling an otherwise excellent evening.
  Smarten up a bit and this could be a first class restaurant.
  Chef / manager also needs to have the courage to face their clientele to solve these problems. Service slow, waitresses pleasant but ineffectual.

  Enticed in by candles etc in window. Been repainted since last visit -have been here on many occasions. Hideously ripped stools. Music being played through the speakers was rock music and too loud for where we were sat. We asked the staff of the could change the music and they did for all of 2 minutes then changed it back again. The TV was also too loud and no-one was even sat watching it. Couldn't wait to finish our drinks and leave. This is the second time we have had a bad experience here was will not be going back any time soon if at all.
